Sprint Triathlon: 400 meter Pool Swim, 13 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run

Sprint Duathlon: 3.1 Mile Run, 13 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run

5K (3.1 Miles) Fun Run/Walk
